We replace lenses in your own frames. Whether it's a new frame or an old pair of glasses you have, we can get them fitted with a brand new pair of lenses.

Use our simple online tool to learn about all the lenses we offer and let us know what you want. Send us your frame using our prepaid shipping label or let us send you a mailing kit. You'll get your glasses back in no time with a brand new set of lenses fitted in them.

You'll need to know what type of lenses you want (distance, reading, bifocals), some basic information about your frame, and your prescription. If you don't have your prescription, we can copy the prescription from your existing glasses or even contact your eye doctor to get your prescription.

We currently accept orders from United States and Canada. For international orders, the customer is responsible for sending in their frame to our lab.

Once we receive your frame, we can usually get them back out to you in 2-7 business days. We'll keep you updated by email through every step of your order, but you can always check your order status through your My Account page.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate the change.

If you don't love your new lenses within 30 days of receiving them, contact us and we'll gladly set up a re-make or return.

If you'd like to cancel your order before it is actually fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, we are able to offer a refund less any applicable shipping fees.

Single vision is the most common type of prescription lens. This lens has one prescription throughout the entire lens. Single vision lenses can also be used for reading glasses. Some wearers have a different prescription for distance and reading vision. Instead of having two separate single vision glasses (one for distance and one for reading), bifocals or progressives may be a more convenient option. Bifocals and progressives are multifocal lenses that have more than one point of focus or prescription within them. Wearers who have numbers listed in the "ADD" portion of their prescription may need bifocal, progressive, or reading glasses. Bifocal lenses have two viewing areas (distance and near) separated by a visible line. Progressive lenses have three viewing areas (distance, intermediate, and near). Unlike bifocal lenses, there is no visible line between the viewing areas. Progressive lenses provide a seamless transition between the 3 viewing areas. Progressive lenses are much more popular than bifocal lenses.

If you don't love your new lenses within 30 days of receiving them, contact us and we'll gladly set up a re-make or return (New lenses should be of equal or lesser value). In order to receive a refund for a return, the order must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

We do not currently accept insurance as payment, but you may be able to get reimbursed from your vision insurance provider. Visit our Insurance page to get information about reimbursement.
